Send the camera count, marked-up floor plan, equipment list and photos of mounting locations and the network closet. For outdoor or high-ceiling work, include access restrictions and lift requirements. Note whether existing cameras must remain operational during the change.

Can you cable cameras supplied by another provider?
Yes. Share the device specifications and installation plan so cable type, PoE requirements, mounting and the handoff can be coordinated with that provider.
Can existing camera cabling be reused?
That depends on the cable type, condition, route and the new equipment requirements. Existing coaxial and Ethernet systems need different planning, so reuse should be confirmed during the site review.
Do you work on exterior camera locations?
Exterior locations can be reviewed for access, mounting, cable protection and equipment suitability. The installation requirements are confirmed in the scope before work begins.
Are recording setup and remote access included?
Only when listed in the quote. Tell us who owns the recording system and who manages network access so equipment installation, configuration and final checks can be assigned clearly.
